What ever. I have a mid-power, low weight (relatively), longish travel (modded) eMTB and I love it. Just let me ride.
So, based on your post please explain why an e-bike would be a good idea…LOLHere's a screen shot from Mission Control during my Commute to work. This is going up Glenside Ave in the Watchung Reservation. You can clearly see that the eBike is not only slower than a normal bike, it also requires a higher effort, even with 100% assist. The mindset that there isn't work being done is a huge pile of ignorant horseshit.

Same segment on the Amish bike is 16.5mph at 323 Watts.

Yes but was it single speed and full rigid? LOLHey, all these people in here talking about cheating but I was the only one on a 26" Bike with v-brakes at Allaire yesterday 🤔
They're all hypocrites and posers. Ride your bike. STFU.
Yes but was it single speed and full rigid?
Which begs the question, is a cheating loser any worse than an ‘Amish’ loser? No, because I'm also a cheating loser.
So, based on your post please explain why an r-bike would be a good idea…LOL

Sorry, forgot the LOLs in my previous posts…LOL
Probably why it doesn’t work for me, 4x me is still probably 40 watts…BTW don’t take my posts too seriously. LOL90ish % of the population operate under 120 Watts. That's where the 2x you and 4x you Marketing comes from. A semi-trained cyclist is already 2x you. That's why this thread isn't filled with Cat1 guys on E-Bikes.

Uhm, where does it start being cheating then? Are air inflated tires vs solid rubber cheating and what about rubber tires vs no tires at all? And who knows, maybe the first wheel was square…and on and on…If you're not riding a fixed gear with no brakes, you're cheating. Once you're cheating, who is anyone to judge what the acceptable level of cheating is? 150mm travel is more cheating than than a 250Watt motor IMO, because you still have to pick lines with a motor.
Well, mine were not supposed to be taken seriously, not sure about anybody else’s…I don't take anyone's post seriously.

And it must be done naked!Walking in the woods barefoot is the only thing that isn't cheating.
Then Sasquatch is the OG.And it must be done naked!
Again, if I pedal hard enough to bypass the motor, what’s the point? It's easier for you because you don't put out enough wattage to bypass the motor. So if you normally ride at 150 watts, yes, it will be easier because you're now able to do 250. If you're an actual cyclist 250 watts is Zone1.
I'd say most people who can put out 250W and stay in in zone 1 don't typically buy E-bikes.Again, if I pedal hard enough to bypass the motor, what’s the point?
