FREE 1up USA rack (10yrs old!)

I have a single bike 1UP USA rack that I purchased in 2012. This is the 1 1/4" receiver size with a 2" adapter. I replaced the glide bars with the notched ones in 2015 and I also have the fat tire kit on the rack as well. This thing is a tank but probably could use a fresh set of hardware to give it another 10 years. Not looking for $, just a new home and someone that can come and pick it up in the Dover area.
