i grabbed a tank from lowes when we bought the house, was told the difference in price was a deposit and would be returned if i ever didnt want the tank anymore, i would be very surprised if it wasnt standard practice, but most people dont really want to get rid of the tanks so i guess it doesnt need to be advertised.
