How's it going, I am currently from Staten Island, the trails here are So so. I'm looking for places to ride in jersey preferably places arouNd 6 mile, I haven't been to six mile yet but planing on making a trip there soon, does anyone else have any suggestions?

mercer county park isn't too much farther than 6mr for you - similar style trail riding.

good step up would be chimney rock - just stay on 287 or 78 into bridgewater area, not too far off the highway. get someone to give you a tour there. lewis morris is between them skill-wise, but a little farther drive (get on rt 78 to 24) - lots of fun, and a couple of weekly rides.

if the outer bridge is open, then hartschorne/huber would be close too -

Originally from Staten Island. I still work on Edward Curry Ave near the Teleport. I know there's a mtb trail at Wolf's Pond Park.

Have to say that cheesequake is probably the closest trail to you.
Hartshorne is the most mispelled word on MTBNJ.
 
wolfes pond is blah kinda boring, high rock is much better you can hit it anywhere off rockland ave and leads you in multiple directions there's no real map just trails
