Hello everybody, my name is Ricky and Im from Union County area, I am trying to get back in shape, and I need to dust off my bike, I have not ride it in over 2 years :cry: I really miss riding my bike, so now I am looking forward to start riding again, its just that in the area where I live I dont know of my trails at all, I own a GT Aggressor with Carbon Fiber Spin wheels, King headset, KORE handlebar stem, titanium handle bar(made in Canada) dont remember the namebrand, welgo pedals, XT rear delerour(or whatever you spell it) lol, I also have a rock shox fork, shimano handlebar ends, and a few other modifications, I am looking forward to get back into mountain biking and to make new friends, I never had friends that like mountain biking at all, so thats one of the reasons I stop. Here is a picture of my bike, let me know what you guys think of it, I will have more pictures comming soon.

Welcome aboard. You're in Union county which puts you right smack in the middle of the state. You can find great trails in every direction all within an hours drive.

sweet! thanks a lot. I just never had the chance to go mountain biking with friends, most of the time I was doing urban mountain biking, or hanging out with BMX kids lol
 
Hey, also check out the beginner group rides at Allaire that start later this month. Good way to get you back into the swing of things and hook up with some cool people.

Welcome, Rick! I like the Spin wheels. Allaire is a superfun place to ride and not too challenging for anyone who has been off the bike for a while. You just made more friends than you can count!
 
thanks a lot guys, this really means a lot, and those Spin wheels were always the wheels I wanted. I actually want to be ready for a few competitions in the summer if there are any in Jersey, I have never been in a competition but I always wanted to be in one. I just started cleaning my bike today, Im buying some lubricants for my bike tomorrow =)
