Hey mtbNJ, my names Gerard I'm from Galloway been riding since I could remember and recently got a new 2012 Cannondale Fatbike lane SL2 29er. It's my first 29er and feels big to say the least. I'm 5'11" and the frame is a large.
It's all stock with a few tasteful add ons. I was interested in having a set of WTB 2.2 slicks on hand for road use. Anyone have any experience with these tires. It has the stock Kenda small block 8s that are 2.1 in width. I literally have an 1/8 inch on either side of the chain stay with these tires. I'm not sure if they will fit.
Any help or suggestions is appreciated. Here is a pic. (Seat was way low btw)
