I've occasionally ventured over there on my lunch break at work. i can ride to those trails from my office. really really small. doesn't drain well. lots of erosion. the water bars don't do much. But yeah there's a few fun whoopty-do's. I Particularly enjoy that one half-pipe hill that drops down to the wooden bridge and shoots back up.
A nice little fishing hole there at the lake though.
