Hi everyone.

Just wanted to pop in and say hello. Great informative site / community! I'm new to mtb and look forward to riding with you all.

Any pointers for explaining to your significant other your new found passion for wearing tight lycra shorts would be appreciated 😱

Seriously though, thanks in advance for putting up with any of my dumb newbie questions. Located in Toms River and work in the Plainsboro and Hopewell areas and I hope to ride in some of the parks in the area.
 
I would like all of you to know that it is beacuse of "Walter" that I am here, so be sure to thank him. He has poisoned my head with thoughts of SS, 29ers, hardtails, and the like. 😱)

Perhaps your significant other will dig how you look in lycra... just think of the doors that might open.... or you might just get laughed at for looking ridiculous 😀

i got use to the shorts real quick, only think i needed was a mesh football jersey to complete my 1989 look. it's the fact that i'm 6'2" and pushing 235 that doesn't really compliment the look! besides... if anyone laughs at me i will kick their ass...well not really, i don't want to stop pedaling (damn those clip-ins!) :getsome:

and i am a fan of ferrari...anf of enzo the baker...enzo stuarti...enzo's pizza (all of them..hoboken, toms river, and one in sayreville), and enzo the dog from the show frasier, etc. overall it's my name.. not lorenzo, not vincenzo..just enzo.

"Enzo" is on the short list of our names for our new boxer pup. For reals.

mw... i'd like to say it's me, but not at $750k. i'd also like to say that on the trails i'm as fast and fierce as the Enzo, but it's more like a Pinto.

a boxer named enzo would be bad assed. i have a one eyed havanese named Chico. bad ass...not so much.
