Option for video background? I was doing a mentoring program with middle school kids this past fall and they generally had the most creative ones. The one kid had recorded all of these videos of himself doing various things in the background. Sometimes he'd come in and hand himself a cup of tea, sometimes he'd be annoyed to find himself sitting in his chair, sometimes he'd be doing weird exercises in the background etc.

good question, i saw one back in the day that was a video that had the guy bringing himself a cup of coffee, thought that was genius

Also, depending on the meeting, it can be entertaining to create a second account and then just play a weird movie with that account. I did that for a work social thing. Had the MST3K episode "This is Hormel" playing, which is a fairly graphic documentary about two kids touring a meat packing plant. Good times.
 
sadly i cant use a gif on google meet 🙁
just said zoom because it was universally known
