Well I'm new to Jersey and a little discouraged as I'm used to world class trails right out my door step. Anyone in Extreme South Jersey have any hidden gems they care to share? The only think I see within riding distance from my house is the Cold spring bike trail (3mi).

Alright I look forward to some good info from all of you. Will be looking for a pop up camper soon I guess so we can spend the weekends at some riding places.

It is still going to be very flat, but you should be very close to Bellplain State Forest. There is a fairly new stacked loop network of dedicated MTB trail there. Think it is somewhere around 10 miles, and then there are other trails to ride like the East Creek Trail. Just make sure to spray down and be ready for ticks and chiggers as they can be common there.

Belleplain Forest, Ceres Park, Estell Manor Park, Wharton Forest are good nearby sNJ trails, details on these trails and others in NJ here... http://www.jorba.org

White Clay and Middle Run Parks in DE and Fair Hill in MD are good choices for a day trip.
