Been a couple years off the bike, besides the occasional stroll here and there...new bike is in transit to my LBS and I'm looking to get back on board, just moved to West Orange next to St. Barnabas hospital, was wondering if anyone in the area rides eagle rock or south mountain and would be willing to show me around the trails
