Hi all
Just joined and I'm looking to meet up with some other riders in the area...Allaire, Hartshorne and Huber for now. I'd say I'm an advanced beginner and looking for the same. Let me know if anyone is interested.

Sorry dude, I was kidding. Allaire is a great place to ride in our area. Hartshorne and Huber, Clayton, 6 Mile (when it's been dry) are all great locations to ride as well. Enjoy!

Welcome! You will notice by Franks signature that he says that to everyone asking about Allaire. There was a time 15 years ago or so that Allaire was a big sandbox. Now thanks to JORBA, Frank and his hard working crew Allaire is one of the best spots to ride in the area. To prove it all you need to do is show up between 7am and 9:30 am on a weekend and you will see my point. Even though the parking lot on Hospital Rd may be overflowing the trails never seem crowded. The best way to see and learn the Allaire trails is to ask for a tour or attend the Tues. late afternoon beginner rides that will start again soon.

They are a blast. Stay tuned to MTBNJ for more info. Once again, welcome to the fray!

Actually, I am there every sunday morning at 7:30 rain or shine. I always see Jorba and really appreciate their work. However, i am aware that some trails are a bit sandy, especially around some hairpins. It's nothing to complain about, but if Allaire is sandy, I'd love to know where to go that has no sand......or horse crap.

Its all part of the words...Multi Use Trail. If ya want trails with no sand try Ringwood SP.🙂
