Update.....talked to Chris yesterday. They are sending a call tag to ship my boots back for repair. This is a temporary fix and they will send new boots once they have my size/ width in stock next fall (possible redesign??). I appreciate the way they are standing behind them 🙂, but I will be really unhappy to ride with cold feet for a while.😡 We'll see what the turn-around is. I would also like to add that they volunteered all of this, no screaming or name dropping necessary.
