Nassau Hours of Operation?

Any one know Nassau’s open hours? I assume sunrise to sunset but can’t find something definitive. Saw this via Google that suggests (at least the parking is) 24 hours but that can’t be right since, well, New Jersey. How about Foran Fields parking hours? Thanks

Yea, there was a post somewhere about not riding in the dark. There was a neighbor who was making noise about the off hour traffic. So daytime only.
