I hear that there is an amendment to the e-bike bill that has been written and is about to be in the hands of the people who will push it forward. Stay tuned.

This has become a major PITA for NJ lawmakers as EVERYONE sees that it's poorly written and misguided.

Also, NJDMV is getting their asses in gear somehow...not sure it's a good thing or a bad one, just noticed when I renewed my registration.

Summit just did the most about face post ever. Now they’re straight up impounding them if you ride on the sidewalk or without a helmet. I guess they buzzed the wrong yoga mom 😂

I hope everyone understands that the same people that decided a class one e bike is the same as a e motorcycle can just as easily decide mountain bikes are “dirt bikes”. They are both bikes and they both ride on the dirt. It’s the next logical step.
