new from bordentown

whats up everyone, andrew from bordentown. I just bought a diamondback response to get into biking. Couple friends have been pushing me to get into it and I figured it's time to start. Hope to get out there and hit some trails and snap some photos as well.

Here's a cellpic of the bike i purchased. I've also been reading about building a pvc pipe rack to use in the bed of my truck instead of having it just laying there.

thanks for the welcome fellas, went to mercer park today with my friend Dave and according to his app we did approx 7.25 miles. Pretty happy with myself being my first time

Would this "Dave" person happen to be SS_Dave on this board who rides a Haro Mary?

In case you are interested, We are having a trail maintenance session at Mercer tomorrow morning at 9 am. We're meeting at the rowing center.
If you feel very enthusiastic, a few of us are meeting at 6:30 am to get a little ride in before. :getsome:

My Office is in Bordentown. My favorite place to get lunch is Corner Deli (formerly Torps Deli). Sometimes I drop my kayak in the river down at Bordentown Beach. There are always weirdos walking up and down rt 130. I'm not quite sure how the record store across from the Deli is still in business.
I heard that Ocean Spray is leaving the area for greener pastures. Bicycle Pro is an awesome shop.

that would be him! He's one of the guys that got me into it. Sorry for the late response. I believe I'm joining him up at 6 mile for a ride.

Went out the past couple days to mercer for some quick runs with my brother, trying to convince him and my other brother to get some bikes
