Heh gals and guys!Got off the couch and bought a mtb.This is a great site for a beginner.I need the thread to ask stupid questions.I rode sandyhook yesterday beautiful,I needed sunshine,blue sky and the waves.My bruised ribs,sore knee,elbow,back and cheek bone needed a rest.Went to Lewis morris today they were raking and regrading part of the wide y trail. trail was in good shape.
