Hi Everyone,
Just joined the site and thought I'd introduce myself. I'm fairly new to Mountain Biking and I love it. I've always enjoyed riding but never really committed myself to learning and growing as a rider. About three months ago I decided to use riding as a tool to get back in shape and it has opened a whole new world for me. I recently backed up that commitment by investing a nice chuck of change on a mid-level All-Mountain bike. It's an ‘09 Teocali Super from Mongoose with 145mm of travel in the rear and 140mm in front. My first trip to Ringwood several weeks ago confirmed I still have a ways to go in skill and conditioning. I'm resolved to riding the moderate trails for now so most of my riding has been at Lewis Morris. It was a mud fest yesterday (Sunday). Loved It! I would love some input on which trails would best suit my level of riding. I also have some free time during the week if anyone knows of any local group rides. - Thanks, Manny
