No actually I spent 5 hours on ladders yesterday helping my neighbor put up outdoor lights. Haven't climbed up and down a ladder with my tool belt on in a long while. Hope it's a long time before I do it again. LOL 😆 👍

Finally took the Kona for a ride. It was going to be a full blown ride but after taking a walk with the boss and the dog turned out to be just a gravel ride with the dog. Not that it lacked adventure, as she tried to kill me in any possible way launching at the random car or the occasional squirrel while in the woods…all in all it was good, need to rebuild whatever little fitness I ever had and my legs have the strength of wet noodles right now, my left knee feels like I’m showing the first signs of Prince Garin’s curse, but I made it home. First meager ride of the year…meh!
