OOS MOGA

Did you mean this ?

My analysis thus far have yielded these assumptions for why they are OOS.
#2 - scale tippers
#3 - still trying to live like their 20s but fooling no one
#4 - Homer Simpsons of the world
#5 - just old and smelly
I had you fooled you thought i was in my 20's lol. Yea def fooling no one especially myself

Haha, it reminds me of an ADHD convention where they give out Speed at the door...
.....that’s actually what you DO do. Drugs like Focalin for example works for adhd by speeding up the msg processing center of the brain so that it can keep up with the stimulus coming in. The result is a less overwhelmed individual.

My son Lane has ADHD.

For the record that is kinda the prescribed med for ADHD lol a concoction of amphetamines
I know it, live that life and Adderall makes me bounce off the walls, no clue how they can give it to kids all the time. I know a shit load of parents who give them to their kids just so they have a more "focused" study session. But their kids don't have ADHD.

Open to anything, what were you thinking of?

Hm, what can we do for an hour without going too far from the lot? Orange? First climb by Gilbride, then do the connection loop at the top, then down to lower orange to the switchback climbs and if there's time, the brown/unmarked trails?

Focalin is a much better drug in my opinion. It only contains the “Active” part. So the actual amount of “speed” is less. The XR version avoids the “swings”.

Haven't tried Focalin, I'll do some research. I'm also dyslexic so the meds really mess with my perception. I rarely medicate, I've found exercise is my best medicine and navigating through confusing trails helps keep my head clear.

Regular (daily) strenuous exercise has been shown to significantly reduce the effects of ADHD. Seems you’re already following a good prescription.

@Mr.Moto @Juggernaut what time do you guys finish work till, ever want to do pre or post work rides since we are all close to each other?

I'm all over the place as far as work times, but typically between 5 and 6. I use to get to the Wednesday Lew Mo evening ride, but that was last year. Things have gotten messy at work lately, so weekday rides have been very limited this year.

Actually @qclabrat, let's start with the unmarked trails then hit orange for the pre-ride.
