Thank you all for the concern - went to Robert Wood today - cat scan negative - though definitely concussed. 2 hours in & out
Great ER , don’t hesitate going there - fantastic.

Crazy thing is my chin strap was undone most of ride and 2-3 people pointed it out - no helmet and my skull would have caved.
15 years of football- never hit with that impact.

Researching & Upgrading helmet this weekend-makes no sense to ride a 2k bike and $40 helmet.

Headache is wicked out at least this weekend- enjoy & be safe.

Good to hear.
Concussions shouldn't be messed with.
As much as it may suck, put down the phone, turn off the tv/computer, and try to relax.

As for the helmet, you need a new one after any impact. Check out ones with MIPS. There's another system that's supposed to minimize injury also, can't remember what it it though.

Good to hear about the scan and yeah get a new helmet. Now that school is out relax and get back slowly.
 
@C8N did you just hear that transformer blew up on Hamburg tpke and Hinchman Ave. I heard it at my house! Must have been loud by you?
 
I'll probably be at Huber Woods for a short one hr ride if anyone wants to join. Never been but will be slow. Just need to give the Rallon a test run for creek. Sunday 8am. Bring your own PI
