All day is my party beer anytime I stock up on cheap beer for gatherings it’s all day. That’s a great choice was thinking about getting a pack for one of the rides

actually, way more than 100%. the short hills in Lewis Morris are often 2 minutes at 100%, with significant sections at greater than 100%. Granted, the lactate generated during those >100% sections will be converted back to usable energy again after the intensity drops, but the fatigue from those efforts don't go away.

I am a beer snob and by no means do I prefer Heineken but if you bring it to a ride because you enjoy it I will happily drink one with you. I love all beer and if your bringing it bring what you like even if it’s old English
