Outside+ Membership. Anyone sign up, or find use in this?

Has anyone signed up for Outside+ ? Black Friday deal on signups.

Outside seems to have begun taking over the active world and now I find myself wondering if I should be buying their the annoying subscription service.

Trailforks - I use trailforks and am an early adopter paid member. I just paid in Sept and now am confused WTF is happening with this and can't find out online. I'd be happy to just keep paying what I pay now but am concerned next year they'll just force everyone into Outside+ memberships. Definitely a feature I use that I don't want to lose.

Bikereg - Now part of Outside. Seems you get up to $30 in fees waived if you are an Outside+ member but I also haven't signed up for a race in awhile so not very appealing to me.

Gaia GPS - I use Alltrails and paid for 3 years but hate the app and may find Gaia to be better although I think it has the same shortcomings.

Outside/Pinkbike paid content - Some items are paid content only. I can't care less as I'm sure none of it has any real value that would improve my life.
 
I did, as I've had a long time subscription to the print magazine and they offered a real good deal for subscribers. Last event I registered using Bikereg a notice was made about converting to Outside+, so there was that. Didn't have Trailforks, because usually others I ride with have it. Many of the articles were behind a paywall, so now that's not a problem. There is also magazine subscriptions available as well, I believe. Haven't taken advantage of that yet.

Will evaluate my useage before renewing next year.
 
I noticed this takeover as well when I went to use Bikereg recently but I have no use for anything else they offer right now that I want to pay for.
