Specialized frame warranty?

what warranty would a new fatboy carbon comp have on the frame?

If it's anything like my specialized hardtail that I fragged, they only covered it if the damage was their fault. If you, in any way caused the damage they would only offer you a crash discount, which would be at or around the warehouse price bike shops would pay. So you get a discount on you're next bike. Why what happened?

Also most companies only cover the original owner I don't think the warranties are transferable. And again what happened dude?
