Rode Chimney Rock (Newman Lane) today. Tried to ride up a wooden bridge to a rock and fell over to the side. I'll be sore for the next couple of days.

I fell off an 8ft ledge shortly after taking this photo. I knew there was a drop off behind me, but somehow forgot when trying to recompose. 🤣 Luckily I was still wearing my full face helmet (and pads), so climbed out with only a cut shin.
