I’m sure the town has an ordinance about clearing sidewalks. Maybe they get an anonymous call…not sure how this is considered acceptable.. . . people living here are not elderly or in poor health as far as i can tell (definitely are not without financial means either)

Not sure how their neighbors didn't chip in and do 25' each.
😜
That could garner a fine in some locations. There are sidewalks on both sides of my street and it's rare when any of them not cleared within 24 hrs. of the snow stopping. Even the in front of the house at the end of the street that nobody lives in. My neighbor has a big snow blower and sometimes he'll run it down the entire sidewalk if he gets out early enough. It's nice when he does that. Back when I was working in NH, I came home one Friday night after a snowfall and not only did he clear my sidewalk, but he also cleared my main driveway cut so I only had to shovel the rest of my driveway to get the van in. That was awesomely nice.not sure how this is considered acceptable.. . . people living here are not elderly or in poor health as far as i can tell (definitely are not without financial means either)

bc the people that live in this house are 'too good' for everyone else, the far house in the picture is an elderly guy and his morbidly obese wife, and the one on the near side pays to have theirs done. The house with snow left has 3 audis all <year old, they can afford to have someone do it for them if they dont want to, and they are younger than me so more than physically capable.

I was wondering about that as well... my garage driveway is "just" long enough to fit the MINI and the minivan without a bumper hanging into the sidewalk, but I have to get them really close - pretty much touching. I don't know if it's an ordinance here in PA as well, but it just seems to be good practice.Blocking a sidewalk with a car in New Jersey is illegal under N.J.S.A. 39:4-71, additionally, and is a pet peeve of mine.
