“Far venire il latte alle ginocchia” literally means “make you lactating from your knees” and it is the expression for boring, still not “milk” even though you can argue is related.

Unfortunately taking advantage of a situation, with a negative connotation, doesn’t have such a colorful expression attached to it as the above ‘boring’, best I can think of referring to someone ‘milking it’ is ‘ci marcia’ as in ‘he marches with it’ or more appropriately ‘he runs with it’ which may not be that different…
 
On my adventure ride today in NY state I rode over a bridge and saw about six or seven kids bikes alongside the road.
I stopped and looked down at the river and saw the kids fishing and swimming and having a blast.
Made me happy on this hot summer day, kids having old fashioned fun, not video games.

Went fishing with a buddy yesterday evening. We got skunked but had the best time catching up and talking life. Perfect weather and a fantastic sunset was the icing on the cake. Just barely fitting under this tree that was blocking our route home was the cheery on top. 😁
