In High Mountain today I saw hikers and riders wearing masks while I rode. One guy put his on as I was climbing. I guess with my heavy exhaling and gasping for air, he felt it was a good precaution.

Are we supposed to know who that guy is? Some people have adverse reactions to vaccines. Very rarely are they serious.
He's a pro mtber...looking at a 12-18 month recovery from his heart becoming enlarged and having a heart attack. It's not a great thing.
Who he is specifically isn't really relevant aside from giving you an easy snide remark I guess. Congrats?

Just like your post was kinda like every other internet article where they find a needle in a haystack and try to sensationalize it. Not trying to sound like a dick but thats my feeling.
Everyone knows there are rare side effects from the vax. What some people seem to have a hard time with is the benefit outweighs the possible risk of side effects by a ton. I know you know this.
And we don't even know if the issues are from the Vaccine. As mentioned, he could have Lyme Disease or something else.
I didn't really get that vibe from the video at all, but we can have our opinions on it.
For the record I am quite vaccinated and the furthest thing from an antivaxxer. I'm currently pissed my favorite hockey team has 1 of 4 players in the NHL still unvaxxed.
