As an employer asking someone if they had Covid or if they had the Vaccine is not a violation of HIPAA.

And if you are requiring an employee to be vaccinated as an employer, you are doing it because you want either them protected against the disease or not wanting them to spread it. If they can show that they have the antibodies why is that not sufficient?

Most people don't understand what HIPAA is or what it's for.

There are multiple studies that have been conducted around the world, most notable is the Israeli study indicating natural immunity is better. Going back to my original point that why has this been ignored by our goverment, contributing to this cluster %. Most companies implementing mandates have done so rither without exception, or with stupid test weekly option, idiotic in both cases.

Natural immunity requires getting covid. Most governments seem to be trying to prevent people from getting covid. Especially when it was really bad. With omicron, getting covid seemingly isn't as big of a deal. I'd still rather get a vaccine than covid though. I suspect most people are the same, but the minority are pretty vocal.

I didn't want to say anything about this but hippa doesn't apply to everyone just care givers, insurance components and financial if I hear one more person say you're violating HIPAA when asked about vaccination status.

I do 99% of my posting while on the shitter you can look back and with a high level of confidence know when I drank milk or had taco bell, I'm happy to say I don't shit from my hands. Post a link so we're better entertained.
