vax status is not a violation. Personally, if a co wants to make vax a condition of employment, so be it.

It may be parsing - but if a co admins a test, they can get the results. all good.
if you had a pos test 6 months ago from an independent lab, and the employer wants the records, you can deny it.
The lab won't release it.
so you being the good employee show them a PDF of the positive result.
Is that proof? May as well get a fake vax card.
Oh wait, I have a QR code that takes me to a website with vax status. Probably couldn't fake that 😉
