Trail Maintenance December 6th, 2025 8a to noon

Everyone is welcome. No experience necessary.

You don't have to arrive at 8a or stay till noon

I have some tools (Lopers, hand pruners, shovels, etc), if you have tools and want to bring them, feel free.

Bring gloves and water.

It will be a JORBA event, please sign the waiver in advance.

As we get closer to the date, I'll do a recon ride and decide on the project and parking lot. I will update this post the week before.

We'll park by the farmhouse on S Middlebush Rd and hike in. We're going to do some work near the steel bridge.

Myself and my son are still coming (if he gets over his fever, but I'll come regardless), pending your weather decision.... and as @rjr44 said... we've scheduled our Veloraptors team to sign-up as well.

I think we're still on for tomorrow. I've got one bigger project and a few smaller ones in the area near the steel bridge.

Looking like a good turnout. We might start with a little snow on the ground, but it should warm up a bit. Dress in layers you can remove as digging will warm you up 🙂

Thanks to the NICA crew, we had our best turout ever! 15 people working together got 5 parts of the trail fixed.
