approx 165mm, likely one of the shimmable (adjustable travel) posts IMO, kind of narrow it down some.

The hose is internally routed so I’m not sure I can take it out without dismantling the whole thing.

If you disconnect the lever from the bars you can pull the cable through the frame enough to pull the dropper up. Should only take a minute.
