I still like the Pelagos 39. Alot. But unsure of the titanium vs steel for me.

This may very well be true but I never go on other people's opinions alone before I put my own hard earned money on it because other people's opinions and what they look for may be different than mine. I may or may not like what other people like. I only go by what I think.

I'm glad it has worked out for you so far. I just don't like the fact that the watches, although new, don't come with manufacturer's warranty when purchased from them. You do get Jomashop's own 2-year warranty but I've heard bad stories from customers who needed warranty service. Not a lot but enough to make me nervous. For me, if I'm putting down that much money I would rather pay a little more from an AD for piece of mind. That's just me.
 
Terrible name but Orient watches have a strong following. I'm going to check them out when in Japan this Fall. The Mako and Ray models are more popular, but this one matchys what people are posting Screenshot_20260422-213600.png

Most of the Ti watches are a darker gray and VERY light. I like that the Pelagos is a brighter Ti that's almost steel-looking. It's light but not too light.

How have you fared with scratches on the Ti?

I love Spring Drive. I currently have a GS with Spring Drive but I'm really intrigued by the UFA (Ultra Fine Accuracy) version of it that came out just last year.

Not terrible, and it's a daily wearer in the ER. They're easy enough to remove with a light Scotchbrite pad or something similar.
