Water Company Trails Conditions

Let me know if you need a hand! I tried to get all the junk and little stuff that’s a pain to deal with. The big ones will be annoying. But there are some little wins that should go quick!

The one at the bridge is dropped, but I messed up the buck up🤡

I got the one on blue between the rock garden and red, and I also found that somebody already took care of the ones on Greenway.

The big one on red is cleared, as are all the smaller ones. I also got the ones on Blue between the ends of red. I stopped to get the tight squeeze at the beginning of yellow and I got one piece but ran out of battery for the other. Halloween Hill needs a trim.. Some of the heavy trimming of the prickers over the last couple years has paid off, but the grass and low stuff is out of control.

🙄🙄🙄. On blue just past the rock garden headed towards red.

Someone was nice enough to weedwack half of the overgrown part of red and a 6-8” tree fell on it to honor that work.

Added dirt to the yellow reroute near the 518 exit and now it rides well. Also did some drainage and raking over that way too.

It somewhat amazing how many sticks fall on the trails every storm now

Continued the assault on trimming red, made it up to the log over on halloweeen hill. Some of it was so thick it was eating my batteries. About 0.2 mile left to connect to where the Mule stopped. I can confirm that there are no fallen trees hiding in the untrimmed sections.

Coming in from lambertville, there are 4-5 trees down on blue/orange. The stilt grass is high but at this point I don't have the motivation to trim it as I usually come in from 518. I might get the trees. I did trim around the fallen ones so people don't slam into them and at the entrance from the utility cut.

Yellow is running really good, the raking and nics are paying off. A few sections to clean up but its the driest it has been in months.

Trimmed the trail coming in from 518 /greenway and the little trail from 518 to yellow. I had raked more of yellow last weekend too.

As noted, the blue/orange trail from red to the power light cut has a few trees down and a lot of overgrowth, I don't plan on touching that any time soon.

Greenway is mostly good but does have some hangers that are deadly.

Enjoy the lower humidity!

Trees are cleared from the way in from the gravel road, only one was by me.

Started trimming that section also, did a few especially bad areas, a lot more to go but way better than it was.

Small tree down on red in an awkward spot next to a bridge.

Yellow is about as good as youll ever see it.
