Easy Tamaques loop today. Raised the handle bars about 3/4 of an inch with spacers on the fat bike and tried out some new MTB shoes.

A rare not good day for biking loop

Had issues with my saddle the other day and thought it was resolved. Wasn’t overly motivated for a ride today but headed out with somewhat big plans. Shortly into the ride, saddle rotated backwards and got a nice slap in the #%*’s with the front of the seat. Pulled over to reset and tighten a suspect bolt. Bike decided to fall over mid fix and landed on derailer. Now seat was fine but shifting was no good and most gears grinded away wishing they were elsewhere. Limped home and did a few laps to get to an hour.
