Impulse buy waiting in line to check out. This type of beer can be tricky, but this brewery nailed it. The flavors are there but none are overwhelming. Not super sweet like these often are. Nice barrel aged notes at the end.

Another impulse buy, having been to Riverside Creamery in Port Jervis numerous times. Labeled as an imperial stout and generally tastes like one, but surprisingly the vanilla, chocolate and cinnamon flavors are very subdued. Not necessarily bad, but just not what I was expecting given the name.

I've seen that rack idea before. I'd recommend a tie or two between the uprights to keep them together as the wood dries out and twists a bit. PT wood will still move a bit as it dries. Especially outside.

Innis and Gunn is one brewery that will make me break my "drink no beer I can see through" rule. Amazingly, the lime and grapefruit combine into an interesting fruit flavor that is there but isn't overwhelming. Subtle tequila at the end.

Overall, a nice change from what I usually drink.
