Was at College Hill bar in Easton on Saturday, didn't take a picture of the pint, but this was a great beer with a great name. Weyerbacher Dallas Sucks came in strong at 4.25 SUz

So in Wisconsin again. Googled best breweries and all of them are closed on Monday. Except Lakefront, which I have already been, and Water Street Brewery...

Stopped at WS. And it's more like a regular pub restaurant than a brewery... place was dead and beer was pretty bad



All except the Stout were had....all equally bad...nothing more than 3s

Saturdays you can go and drink there, but not filling growlers yet.

Hazy beers are local beers,
and local beers are fresh.

Today's drop at the Brix.

Got there shortly after they opened and stood in line(!)
It was short and quick and definitely worth it. This is a tasty bev.

Could almost pass for OH.
Real great nose and flavor, just a little astringent/bitter on the back end.
I liked that flavor in the Tasty Jams variant, here it's a little out of place.
Will probably settle down with a little time on it.

What he said plus a few more yums...Super fresh and delicious. I'm liking this a bit more than the Tasty Jams. Not as bright but a little smoother for higher abv.
