3 Hours on the roads up near 9W from my house. Did a couple of the climbs, Clausland Mtn, Mountain view, and Closter dock, had limited time so couldnt do any more.

started to retrain on my kettler ergo race up to 456 miles nice comp ride uses gpx files for training so you get the right altitude and wattage will upload pics

It was a nice weekend, and glad to hear so many of you are getting out for fresh air. I did a longer (close to 4hrs) road ride today. The temps were great, and I spotted some sections of dirt in Harriman. Finally got up to Bear Mt and noticed the ice is breaking up on the Hudson. Spring seemed hopeful. 🙂

First time ever on snow shoes, did the NJ Trail Series 5K snow shoe race at Central Park of Morris County. What a fun time and great work out. Was able to get in an extra loop meeting up with some friends how did the course a little slower. I cannot wait for the race again next year.

This sounds cool. Didn't know they had these races.

thanks Kevin.

Martin and i had another 20 in the tank easy. i have to give him credit, he lost a lot of weight and is in way better shape than ive ever seen him. i'm not a strong road rider (just saying) but he beat me up washington rock road by 100 or 150 feet (truth be told i pulled the whole way there 30 miles) actually i pulled for 60 miles easy total on the day.

Monday 2/14

Got out after school for 2 hours, first road ride of the year on my road bike, thing felt like a rocket ship under me compared to the CX on the road.

Some of the strongest wind gusts I've experienced in a long time, and the run-off water from all the melting, especially on country roads in Monroe and Manalapan, added to the fun.

Awfully nice to ride with no gloves for the first hour, though I was still wrapped up in plenty of clothing.
