What have you done to your bike today?

FWIW, the size of your belly / midsection is not a direct correlation to core strength

I'm naturally thin and depending on how consistently I'm riding I sometimes will have pretty visible abs. Save for a few occasions where I was specifically rehabbing a back injury or spending a lot of time in the climbing gym I generally have the core strength of an 80 year old woman.

So I concur.

Correct, I have the abs of the Soloflex man under this layer of fat.
Meh, I don't believe in 6 packs, I'm more a keg type of guy 😉

New meat for my "XC" ride (Banshee Paradox) - WTB Trail Boss 2.25 rear and Vigilante 2.3 front. I was running the old Bronson Race 2.2 (TCS Light) tires which were light and fast rolling on hardpack, but not very durable and didn't hold up well at low pressures.

I got the TCS Tough sidewalls this time around and they're well worth the extra grams.

Pain in the butt to get on and off, but they seal up great.

After the group ride of the race loop last weekend I realized the WTB tire on the front of the TJ was more worn out than I thought.

Lucky for me when I stopped by @Soundguy garage sale after the ride he was kind enough to gift me a like new 2.6 Maxxis.

Last night swapped out my tire setup on the TJ and put the 2.8 from the rear on the front and the new 2.6 is now on the rear.

Was a little of a PITA cause I am still
Running tubes for now and the tubes were stuck inside the tires pretty good from the leftover residue. Took me a little longer than I planned but it handled much better today when I rode with my youngest at Dickerson mine.

Ready for Cranks tomorrow !

Great day to do some wrenching
Swapped green DVO off Ps ripmo to my Nimble9 and now she has a black DVO which makes her 😊
Happy wife happy life.

I did lose 20mm of stack which may or may not make happy husband but no one cares if we are happy 😁

Also Friday I got around to installing 160mm Ignite Components crankset. 1st ride yesterday on these and I could significantly tell a difference with a smoother compact spin on the climbing. Better yet not one pedal strike. It's only one ride but it was an experiment worth trying.

Taste the rainbow….the Cane Creek 40 headset developed some play, replaced it with a King. Couldn’t resist this Industry Nine stem when I was at Shore Cycling in Brick yesterday. I was going to replace the blue spacers with black ones I had, but that is not punk rock.
