What have you done to your bike today?

Installed foam tubes on the internally routed cables on the Fugitive. Frayed the shifter cable in the process and it turnes out the cable is longer than the standard 2100mm ones and I forgot all about that…

Also replaced the 150mm dropper with a 175mm, which is how originally had the bike setup when I built it and liked it better. The 150mm was a bargain and I could not pass on it, I used it in the Fugitive after moving the older one on the Honzo…it will end up on the Mukluk or I may sell it, that would be a first!

Installed warranty AXS #3. Might be a sign I need to eat less? Every post that's gone back for something unrelated has been replaced with a new one because Sram determined the upper was bent.

Replaced I9 non-drive side spoke, it broke Saturday on ride at Jungle….. rock was in my way!

I'm gonna go out on a limb and say they don't design World Cup Level stuff to withstand your average Cheeseburger eating American.

Unfortunelty no one can tell someone they're too heavy for a Product anymore without some major backlash, so they raise prices to cover goodwill replacements. Having said that, 1 of the heaviest people I know is on an AXS dropper and it's been flawless.

Basanite is rear specific and the Tectonite is front specific. Vulcanite can be used front or rear.

Oops. Spoke too soon. Sram sent the wrong diameter post as a warranty replacement. Maybe next week....
