While cooking anniversary dinner. Last bottle I scored at bourbon st for 19.99. With some Turkish hard cheese.

Really smooth. Was worried I waited too long (for a ‘96) but it was excellent. Even my 21yr old daughter said “that’s my fave”. (Not sure if that’s a good thing tho. Lol)

I bought and cellared a bunch of bottles from ‘95, ‘96, ‘99 and ‘02 as those were the years my kids were born. So cool to be drinking these with them so many years later.
