Where do you service manitou suspension products?

I'm just curious if anyone sends their manitou forks in to hayes for service or if local shops do it. I have a mastodon fork and am thinking about doing a lower leg service myself or sending it in somewhere.

I've pulled apart a couple mezzers and circus dj fork and they have to be one of the easiest forks to service . Definitely diy kinda job

I thought all you needed was a modified cassette lockring tool and a hammer to work on those?
