white clay

White clay is a blast on a rigid ss! I really miss that place. Honestly I miss riding my bike, it's bee too long. But if any place was built for an SS it's white clay.

Im fairly new to to his forum so first off hello to everyone !

I live in North Jersey and normally ride the Mooch / Deer Park / Stephens
along with 6mr and Sourlands every once in a while, but I ventured down to a buddy's house last weekend in Maryland and he took me to White Clay for an awesome day of riding!

The best description I could give the place is almost like a giant pump track. I had a blast in the skills trail, and every trail we rode really! Even though I like the rocky tech trails up her in NNJ, it was a great change of pace to go crank out a fast and flowy ride !

I would definitely recommend making the trip down to ride White Clay if you get the chance, I know I will definitely be going back soon !

Any1 got any info regarding WC?
Thanks in advance

This time of year, you need to make sure it's frozen to ride. Not as muddy as 6 mile but still when it thaws it'll be sloppy. You should be able to navigate around pretty easy (good signage), I have a map on my iPhone.

Anyone planning to ride here over the weekend? Thinking about going there on Monday but it's an hour away and I don't want to get there and discover it's unridable. Any info you might be able to pass along would be great! thanks

White Clay 2/17 conditions

The trails that were exposed to sun were a mess Sunday morning. I've been riding WC and have never experienced a lot of trail surface that was 1" of slimy, slick mud. We expected to find frozen trails with a 0900 start but had to deal with rutted slick surfaces. Next time we'll check with the facebook posts.

does anyone have a trail conditions update for whiteclay/middlerun? lookin to head down friday am.

Friends went Saturday said it was good. They apparently took the teeters out of the skills run.

What? Why? It couldn't have been because they're dangerous - I rode those teeters on a rigid SS (and my tech skills are sh*t.)

rode wc/mr today. teeters are gone, most lilely an insurance issue. i'll post up over there to get the official reason. there was some mud in the fields. spoke with a local and he said that it must of been last nights frost because trails were bone dry yesterday.
