its rare but it happens sometimes where I get no ads on Youtube or Hulu.

Why and how does this happen?

Can I make this occur all the time?

Would be great to the Youtube Peppa videos! Getting lucky right now and kiddo is vegging with no ads

Can you install ad blocker on whatever you are streaking from? Only place I don’t see ads is in chrome. Maybe install chrome on your streaming device and ad blocker and stream YouTube through chrome?

I think Manny means the embedded or preamble ads.

Some content providers pay to not have ads in their vids (mostly because they are already ads.)
they don't want people leaving.

We stream from smart tv, laptop, tablets. We usually try to make the kids watch on the larger screen.

In this case with Peppa this morning it was on LG smart tv. I didn’t have to click skip ads for like one hour!

I can do the ad block on laptop thanks! But a little work to cast it.

Depends on the service I know some of them the ads come for a specific ip address so if you block it on your network no more ads. Haven't looked into it for youtube because I haven't had any ads from youtube in a few years. I bought a chromecast and gave me free premium for 2 weeks.... 3 years later here we are.

I just decided to pay for YouTube. I watch it more than any of the other services so it seemed to make sense.
