@R8Bill and I discussed. We are going out tomorrow. Might be a little wet with the leaves on the road, but shouldn't be terrible. We are opting to start a little later to allow things to dry up a bit (and warm up a bit). With the temps, it will be a little more tame than usual, so you live axle guys are welcome on this one.

START: King's Food Markets, 531 US Highway 22 East, Whitehouse Station, NJ
TIME: 10AM
LENGTH: 2 hours

Bring an FRS radio if you have one and tune to Channel 13.

Photo dump from the event I went to in Ramsey today. Happy I went. How many Koenisegg CCRs or McLaren Sienna race cars do you see at the mall? My son took way more pics than I did. I’ll grab some and post them.

105 miles for me door-to-door. Very little traffic today and roads were fairly empty for a Sunday. Looped up to Tranquility/Green Township and back, zig zagged onto some good County roads. @Magic I took it easy on you...I was never above 7000rpm.

And @Magic make sure you get some seat time in a Cayman. You are a tall guy as well and I felt a little claustrophobic in the Cayman. It was doable, but I felt like I was looking out of the top 3 inches of the windshield. Even a 997 911 fit me much better.

Saw this sweet blue Porsche on the way to the new bike shop in denville on route 10. I was driving near him all the way to when he got into 287 he had a nice exhaust note on that thing. License plate said RNGRICK base on the license plate frame I guess he’s a NY Rangers fan.





Then in the parking lot at the ride there’s a deli near door and this guy pulls in to get his Sunday breakfast.

I’m conflicted if I would ever own one of these I feel like I would want to wear a DOT helmet.

@jmanic you would have totally stumped me with that one if @icebiker didnt call it out....I think I would have guessed that its italian, although it does steal some cues from the 300SL.....However, whats more interesting...as I have been reading, I dont think anyone is making replicas of this car and the one in the picture looks exactly like an original...so I think its the real deal anyway...and like @mwlikesbikes mentions...dam, pretty crazy to see a million plus car out driving around....and yes, I know, people see koenigseggs, Mclarens and other million cars out and about...but they are modern cars and if something happens, you can easy get them fixed....Good luck finding a new fender for this car.

All you need to know. Thats BAD...with little tires and an no LSD in my mustang I could still get into the 1.90s....Id say bad driving, but doesnt this car have all kinds of launch control this and that?

Yep clearly a terrible launch for the vette. I was more impressed with the sub 12 second time for the truck!
