We have a google calendar. Personally I like having the calendar updated as information like address for directions and bikereg link is very helpful. I'll often just hit the map button on the calendar in the morning instead of looking for the address to put into Google Maps. For discussion and easy to use forum posts I think @jShort editing the first post makes a ton of sense.

Very easy to import into your normal calendar.
