Is strava going from suck to blow?

Is it only me that’s getting a ton of spam/fake profile follower requests the last 2 weeks. ?

I have it set so that I have to approve any followers for this very reason but also so that my ride details aren’t public since there were plenty of cases of stolen bikes or house break ins in the past in the news.

I report and then block these kinds of requests now almost daily.

I probably get 1 or 2 a week. I'm guessing it's like the random text messages you get, where they're trying to get a conversation going to ultimately scam you. I think this started after messaging was introduced.

I made mine private in October and deleted everyone. I am starting over with only people I have ridden with.

In the settings you can hide the start/finish location of your ride.
 
Anyone else having trouble logging in? I actually got to ride yesterday and the ride uploaded but now I can't access the site either on the laptop or my phone.
 
Exactly. I don’t expect it to work 24x7x365 there’s always something that can go wrong. It just creates anxiety to check it especially when something won’t sync. Im
The worst with that shows my addiction.
