Icebox Eleven

So the wheels are great! The only thing i need to get used to is that the bike is even MORE twichty, especially during any body or hand transitions. I lost a good bit of rotating mass and it has greatly altered the gyroscopic effect of the wheels. The group didn't want to get sweaty today so they stayed off hills, but i did get one chance to pin it into a long flat to a moderate climb. Got a 201. Seems most of the ride was 115-165bpm. So enough w the monitors. My hearts a rockstar,it just goes all flaky and diva now and then.Back to ridin w no gadgetry:getsome:

Its gonna be Mahlon at the rt 15 park n ride 7:30a be there or be queer...What exit is that off 15 N ?

I'm too depressed to ride, and the gay slurs are inappropriate. See you pillow biters in da morn.

If ya believe that i got a sh#tter in Tranquility i'd like to sell ya

He's never come to a ride, I don't know if he's a madman at 5 degrees, and i hear he's got issues with diet coke BUT.............I would like to formally induct GT Luke into the Horde. Takin on W can be exhausting, and I'm glad to finally have some help. GT 360, keepin em honest😀Nothin else need be said.........

Alrighty then. The week after that last MD ride i got MITF with work. Spent basically 3 days straight at the Menlo AMC cleanin up a wiring botch job. Its a dine-in retrofit and they were testing food so needless to say i had about 50,000 cal of absolute garbage to eat over that span. Felt like crap and was sleep deprived so i only hit the Martys road ride last Sat. It was the warmer day so everyone was fired up and i got tag teamed over and over by the gruop the whole way. Total blast. Its amazing how 30-50 miles can fly by when you're gettin hit by another rider every 2 mins. So now i've got the headcold from hell. Went out today to do "the wannbes" load of firewood and test the waters of my health for the wknd. I'm gonna roll w the social ride on Sat and then see if i'm up for anything Sun. Next wknd I'm up for Sun(hell i'd go Sat) if anyone wants to get somethin goin. Once this xmas bs is over we're goin whole hog baby. Time for some Stokes and Waway:getsome:

I need to do some ski research so next time we get hit I'm confident of the routes i have in my head. So........I think I'm gonna start in the dark tommorrow and see if i can complete the Allamuchy Triple Park Loop on skis in these dwindling conditions.Anyone stupid enough to be interested is welcome to go. Thinkin 630ish in the am at the Tranquility gate. SK8 OR DIE:getsome:

6hrs 15mins door to door. 2 highway hikes and lets say three 8 min breaks. Absolute DEATH MARCH! My feet are raw hamburger from the boots, but heh its off the bucket list. Spendin the rest of the day on the couch cryin and eating:drooling:

Bicycle,bicycle,bicycle!!

Goin outta Sparta park n ride for a Mahlon loop at 730am tommorrow. Don't show up with 8psi in your tyres cause that ain't how we roll:getsome:

Attack of the footprints!

Hellish conditions due to all the frozen footprints under the dusting. At the first few regroups i thought i was gonna have my first cat 1 mutiny. The boys didn't seem too happy at first:cry: But we all stayed with it and got some exercise at least. I also wanted to test the Mamasitas setup in prolonged sub 20 temps and all was flawless today.Probably xc skiing tommorrow at Stokes or Waway, but can't post a time cause i'm not sure if i'm recording or watching...........ANAHIEM SUPERCROSS 1 BITCHESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS!! If i watch it live it's til 130am so i may ski later in the am. BTW the DAKAR Rally is around stage 6 or so peeps and it's been pretty good TV as well.......
