Boy was I wrong!!
So in researching the tachycardia thing i found that the one that seemed to fit ,,was lets say type 4. Its a sudden fluttering jump to around 300bpm which i was confused by cause i assumed my death would occur by 180 personnally. Both Woody and Utah talked to me about how i knew my bpm levels and how could i be sure. From lookin at Utah stats i figured my not fun zone was 165ish also. I just went on feel ,sound, etc.WRONG! I do know that like Anrothar medical types always have a time finding a pulse so i had pro confirmation that my resting can get low so i borrowed a HR monitor to see what the top end was like.Today i took it out on the Weber ride. After a couple miles of railbed we hit the climb.........I was tryin but wouldn't say i was uncomfortable and i looked down to a.............203!! On the next pitch i had a 207. Most of my ride i seem to be 185-195, then as i tire out i go 175-185. I would've bet millions that it was impossible for me to go beyond 170 from judging by my "feel" method. I'm flabergasted. So 300 isn't impossible during my attacks cause 200s didn't feel that bad. Can't wait to do a test on the road bike. Anyway i survived the Bulldog hitsquad and had a good time.Thanx Kris:getsome:
