Water Bottle "Pouch"?

I went riding with my sister in law last night. She had a cool accessory and I want one. Unfortunately she got it as a gift a long time ago and doesnt know where it came from. There were no tell tale tags on it either to help my quest.

After trying a few searches, I came up with naught and hoped you kind fellas could lend a hand.

It was a canvas pouch made for holding a water bottle with velcro straps to attach it to the handlebars and headtube.

Now I found some that were similar on Amazon.com, but hers had a cover so you could close it over the top of the water bottle, or even us it for other small items.

A regular handlebar bag just doesnt cut it for me, this one held the bottle upright and was streamlined so it was no bigger or bulkier than the water bottle.

Any clues where to get one?
Any one seen anything like this?

Thanks, but like usually happens, when I want something and cannot find it I make my own.

wanted a leopard spot print cycling shirt, couldnt find one, made my own.

wanted a small tool pouch with pockets to....organize...my camel pack, made my own.

wanted a water bottle pouch, made my own.

The water bottle pouch I made needs some tweaking. I used very cheap materials just to experiment. I will be picking up better strapping and canvas to make a better one, now that I know how the design needs to be changed a bit here and there in size and strap positions, etc.

Suits? no thanks!

I have been known to do pants and shirts, but that is nothing compared to suits.
I have made laptop bags, and an assortment of other silly things
